Description of Online Test

Total 3 coding questions covering dynamic programming, maps and arrays. Should be clear with all topics under data structures. STL helps a lot.

Description of Technical interview

This round went for 1 hr. Started with a short introduction. He asked me about my project in detail. Then, some theory questions related to DBMS like define indexing, normalization etc. After that, we went to coding questions: 1) Write the whole program for quick sort. Mention time and space complexity as well. 2) Print the left view of the Binary Tree.

Description of HR round

The HR round was also for 1 hr. First, the interviewer and I introduced ourselves. She asked me about my technical and non-technical interests in detail. Then, she gave me some situations and puzzles to solve. At last, she asked me whether I had any doubts and I asked about the work culture of the company.

What should be the preparation strategy for an aspiring candidate?

Practice all topics under DSA. Knowledge of time and space complexity is very important. Prepare DBMS and OOP too. Don't go with last moment preparation. Should be very clear with all greedy algorithms.
