Description of Technical interview

1: Describe the Young's modulus and Tensile strength of a material. 2 : Distinguish between Otto cycle and Deseil cycle. 3 : Describe the project works undertaken by you.

Description of HR round

1 : Give a brief introduction about yourself. 2 : Why do you want to join our company? 3 : How do you qualify for OLA? 4 : What are your short term goals? 5 : What do you think of higher studies?

What should be the preparation strategy for an aspiring candidate?

1. Keep your moral high, even if you don't get selected in some company. 2. Revise all the basics for core companies. 3. Be prepared to answer with minimum lag of 3-5 seconds after questions are asked. 4. Use tag lines from the respective company to show your interest. 5. Remember that there is always something better waiting for you at the other end.
