Preparation Strategy:

Before you aspire to get placed in a company, get a clarity on what profile you want to get placed in. For me, I wanted to get into core Mechanical whether it was through campus placements or offline drives. Once you have decided which role you want to get placed in start working in that direction. Dedicate small amount of time daily from your semester break, maybe like an hour and focus on practicing aptitude and start learning the skill or topic related to the profile you wanted to sit for. For me, I focused on revising some important topics like fluid mechanics, thermodynamics etc. which are relevant and important to the profile I was sitting.

Have patience when things don't workout your way. Understand your mistakes from the failures and avoid repeating them. Believe in yourself, have faith in your preparation and keep your efforts consistent, things will workout eventually.
