11.What parameters will you check before purchasing cables for transmission.

Description of HR Round:
In HR round following questions were asked :-

2. Are you ready to accept a management role, C&P(Contracts and Procurement).

5. Why do you want to work in GAIL?

Preparation Strategy:
Your basics must be strong.
Keep strong grip on Core subjects - Power system, Electrical machines, Network theory, EMFT(Basics).
Prepare according to the GATE syllabus.
For management role: Industrial Management (Taught in 7th sem) is advantageous.
HR questions should be answered honestly .
Search for interview questions asked in PSU interviews.
