In the Technical Interview, the following questions were asked:-
1. Spherical and Cylindrical Coordinate system and about Curl and Divergence; how we calculate their physical significance.
2. Green's Theorem and Stoke's Theorem
3. Maxwell's laws of Electromagnetism
4. Transmission line modeling - Short, Medium, and Long
5. What are Power Factors and the four methods to improve them?
6. Power System Protection -asked about various types of relays and which relays are used for protection of the Transmission line, Transformer, etc.
7. Types of Circuit Breaker and Voltage level up to which they are used.
8. Asked for a numerical single-line diagram of a power system consisting of a Transmission Line and Transformer connected in various Combinations like star-star or star-delta and drew the Positive, Negative, and Zero Sequence diagrams.
9. Different types of Network theorems In Circuit Theory.
Description of HR Round:

3. What do you know about GAIL?
4. What does GAIL do?
5. What work will you do in GAIL as an Electrical Engineer?

Preparation Strategy:
You should study according to the Gate syllabus.
You should know about Power Systems, Network Theory, and Electric Machines in detail and should study interview questions about them.
Also, study Electromagnetic Field theory subject basics.
