Description of Online test:
The aptitude test mostly had logical reasoning questions with some quantitative questions and verbal reasoning questions. They were of moderate difficulty.
The coding test involved Python and SQL. This test was just to get an idea about the level of the candidate in Python and SQL, it wasn't used to eliminate candidates.
Description of Technical Interview:
The interviews were very resume driven. The first round was the most technical, with the interviewee asking me the technical aspects of my project on Machine Learning, the model used, why I chose that particular model, what other features can I add to improve the model etc. The third round was also somewhat technical with a senior member of the company asking me about my project and what I learnt from it, how I intend to implement what I learnt from my project, in the company and my future goals.
Description of HR Round:
The HR round was pretty basic , it was almost a friendly conversation. She had asked me regarding my hobbies and why I chose machine learning despite having an interest in more artistic hobbies, and some situational questions.
Preparation Strategy:
A solid foundation is required before getting into any placement preparation. So this will involve to get basics required for OTs and interviews to the dot before you can practice OTs and interviews.
