Description of Online test:
There were audio rounds (where we had to listen to audios and answer questions), speech rounds, aptitude questions and slightly technical questions.
Description of Technical Interview:
The interviewer asked me about my strongest technical language and after I said SQL, he asked me basic questions about SQL functions, and in depth detailed explanation of all my projects in the resume.
Description of HR Round:
My HR round comprised of a few questions regarding my personality and background. Initially it started with a few general HR questions about team building, leadership and other important attributes required for the role. We then moved on to more specific questions about my achievements like being a member of the SpringSpree Core Committee and my contributions to the event followed by questions about my childhood and my upbringing. It ended with a discussion about my ambitions and long term goals.
Preparation Strategy:
Build a good resume with interesting projects, know your basics THOROUGHLY, and practise aptitude tests.
