Class XII Percentage greater or equal to 70%
Class X percentage greater or equal to 70%
No Active and Passive backlogs
Number of gap years between XII and UG should not be more than 1 year

Selection Procedure:

Round 1-Online test
Round 2-Technical interview
Round 3-HR interview

Description of Online test:

Online test consists of 90 questions for 90 minutes divided into 2 parts
1.Aptitude Test- Aptitude, Logical and verbal reasoning,Data interpretation
2.Technical Test- Problems and conceptual questions from Electrical Machines,Control Systems,Power Systems and its Protection,Circuit Theory, Electrical Instruments

Shortlisted students were sent a Psychometric test link which consists of behavior and work related questions.

Description of Technical Interview:

Technical interview was for 20 min and questions are like:
1.Introduction of the candidate
2.What is your favorite subject?
3.Different concepts related to electrical machines and their working
4.Basic questions like
(i) What is a conductor?
(ii) What are components of the electrical network etc..
5.Questions and explanation of project and courses mentioned in resume

Description of HR Round:

HR interview lasted for 20min and the interview went like:
1.Why do you want to intern at Bajaj?
2.Which role would you like manufacturing or R&D?
3.Short term and long term goals
4.How would you justify that you are a team worker?
