"Preparation according to GATE syllabus will be most helpful for the Core Companies including PSUs.
Knowledge and deeper understanding of Subjects like Electrical Machines and Power systems. Also basic knowledge on EMFT should do fine.
Also Don't Panic since You will have 6-7 Panel members, Just Think like you are having a small discussion since it will help but Don't go around things
