Description of Online test:
There was an online test consisting of aptitude questions mainly aptitude, language and general data questions. The focus here is on speed mainly, your quantitative skills and verbal ability.
Description of Technical Interview:
For the first two rounds, questions were mainly technical. It was focused on Python, SQL and your resume. Interviewers are very nice, and you will feel comfortable, so we can take our time answering every question as well as possible. My project was based on machine learning and so focusing on that helped me ace my first rounds, but they're not specifically looking for machine learning.
Description of HR Round:
If I'm talking about advice for the HR rounds and behavioral interview questions in general then I would say that the ability to learn was something they focused on, so being open to learning anything is a huge plus. Make sure you are very thorough with your resume. Your language and your personality is also something they look at extensively, as they want a good atmosphere in the company with friendly coworkers, so taking time to work on that can't hurt.
Preparation Strategy:
The job requires you to have technical knowledge on Python, SQL, and some basic knowledge about the data science/analytics field. Some knowledge in Machine Learning is also a plus.
Resources:
I did most of my learning while doing my projects. I also learnt aptitude questions from indiabix. I would suggest to mainly focus on getting your skills better and having some nice projects which you could talk about in the interview. You should also work on your conversational skills.
