Enphase Energy has many Customers in the USA and Europe ,so here you have to rectify their problem by Remote access to their system and convey it to service team for maintenance or if there is a major problem you have to report it to Hardware or software team.
So you have to act as a channel between customer and company.

They asked in detail about the project and asked questions related to it.
They also asked basic electrical engineering questions like:-
1. What are p.f and methods to improve
2. Transmission Line parameters and Losses associated with it.
3. Why do we use HVDC, what advantages against AC transmission, and why is it not suitable for shorter transmission
4. How do Photovoltaic cells work, what are their principle, which materials are used for construction, and what other components are required for its operation, like a micro inverter?
Description of HR Round:
In the HR round, they asked about basic HR questions only like:-
1. Why do you want to join Enphase Energy?
2. Short-term and long-term goals
3. Do you want to do higher studies or not?
If yes, whether you will leave the company and if no then why not...
Preparation Strategy:
You should have a basic knowledge of Core Electrical Engineering subjects like Power Systems, Network Theory, and Power Electronics.
You should do at least one project and have detailed knowledge about it.
Prepare answers for basic HR questions in your own words. Also read about what Enphase Energy does, what components it manufactures and where they are used, like Micro-inverters.
