Class 10th and 12th - above 70%
No Backlog and age criteria

Selection Procedure:

Round 1- OT
Round 2- Technical interview
Round 3- HR interview

Description of Online test:

Online test consists of general aptitude, Circuit analysis, Power systems, Electrical machines and few concepts of Electronics. At the end, you will have psychometric test.

Description of Technical Interview:

Technical interview starts with a brief introduction where they asked me to mention the projects I did and the core subjects I am interested in. Then asked me to briefly explain the projects I did and then started asking questions on machines and circuit analysis which I told initially that I am interested in. Then asked me about RC and RL filters and about dc motor speed control techniques. Later asked me about
1. What are the major components needed in Electric vehicle drives?
2. What is regenerative braking and it's uses?
3. What should be done to avoid any spikes from regenerative braking effecting the battery?
4. She asked me as capacitor initially acts as a short circuit, What should be done to avoid the high starting current?
- I was asked to explain using a circuit diagram

Finally the interviewer asked me whether I have any questions. I asked some general questions about the company.

Interview happened for 40-45 minutes.

Description of HR Round:

HR round didn't take long. It started with a brief introduction of both sides and then asked me about the project I did and then sir asked me if I have any questions from my side. It was about 15 minutes.

Preparation Strategy:

I would say good basics are enough. I attended all the classes and prepared my notes and revisiting the same helped me with my preparation.

Resources:

Being regular to classes, I always felt that a well written Class notes is a good resource for preparation apart from reference textbooks and YouTube videos.
