Be confident and don't give up. There will be times when you don’t clear OTs but your friends will, but trust me if you did enough hard work sooner or later you'll get and don't put too much expectations on one particular company because if you don't get, you will be depressed a lot. So just go with flow and after getting intern or FTE once you look back you will feel proud of yourself.
